- 3 rural territorial communities (Byshivska, Gatnenska, Tomashivska)
They consist of 109 settlements. Currently, the boundaries of Fastivskyi district pass along Bilotserkivskyi, Buchanskyi and Obukhivskyi districts, Zhytomyr region and the city of Kyiv.
