Vyshgorod district then and now: new borders, towns and villages
The current district of Vyshgorod became an independent unit only in 2020, when a global administrative and territorial reform was carried out, which also affected other parts of the Kyiv region. Its territory was significantly enlarged. Until that time, the annexed lands were divided between smaller neighboring districts, such as Ivankivskyi, Poliskyi.
