The housing shortage has reached Ukraine

Sweden, Ireland, the Netherlands and other European countries have already managed to face the housing shortage, although not so long ago their residents believed that this problem was relevant only in China and Japan. Eastern horror stories somehow imperceptibly became the reality of the West. Rumor has it that they have already reached us. Is it really so?

Kostyantyn Pisarenko decided not to believe the rumors and make sure of everything himself. The founder of THE Capital agency will begin his analysis of the shortage of apartments in Ukraine by analyzing an article in "Ministry of Finance", which claims that the number of available properties has sharply decreased on the domestic market, and this is the first bell and an eloquent premise of the global problem. Our presenter will check to what extent the given information is true and whether it is really worth fearing that one fine day there will simply be no place left in the market for a wealthy investor.

Today we will talk about the following topics:

  • shortage of housing in Ukraine - exaggeration or warning;
  • what difficulties are faced by developers and why new projects do not appear;
  • how the "eOselya" state program affects the market and, in particular, the segments premium and economy housing;
  • how different regions of Ukraine react to the current situation;
  • why people stopped actively investing;
  • how many percent of builders only simulate work;
  • how the work at Taryan Group and UNIT.City is progressing.

In order to form a more complete picture, Konstantin decided to consider the opinions of his colleagues - Iryna Mykhaylova and Anna Laevska. See video, share comments and invest with us.
