The appearance of an increasing number of real estate objects indicates the stabilization of the situation, the well-functioning economy, and most importantly - ndash; about the approach of victory and a cloudless sky overhead. Eloquent indicators remind of already achieved successes and motivate to conquer new ones. At what rate should the future square meters be calculated? The unstable situation in the country makes it impossible to make clear plans, but developers are trying to take care of their existing and potential investors. In case of sharp inflation and exchange rate destabilization, prices on the primary real estate market will not experience significant changes. When forming the cost of square meters, the developers decided not to completely abandon their conscience in favor of profit. the officially fixed exchange rate is 40-42 USD. Current trends allow us to make assumptions that by the New Year we can expect the appearance of price tags per square meter of the lower threshold figure. For more than one year now, we have been observing the tradition of a slight decrease in the exchange rate on the eve of the New Year holidays, so we believe that this time, too, Santa Claus will not deny us a small discount when buying real estate. To understand where these figures come from, you should understand pricing. It is affected not only by the exchange rate of the dollar, but also by potential changes in the price of construction materials and related works. In the wartime, the second circumstance is the key. Many ordinary craftsmen decided to leave their positions in construction in favor of serving the homeland, so the services of their colleagues began to be valued much more highly than before the start of a full-scale invasion.
