The cabin is located in a unique location near a closed cottage village under reliable, military security, which will give you a sense of security in your homeland 24/7. Easy access from the highway via an asphalt road. The center of Kiev, Khreshchatyk Street is only 30 km away.
On a plot of 20 acres there is a landscape design that creates a quiet and merry-go-round atmosphere around the hut. When decorating your backyard, you are looking for satisfaction and the ability to enjoy the open air in beautiful evergreen and coniferous trees! The barbecue area and summer gazebo were created for fun family evenings and gatherings with friends.
The cabin, with a living area of 627 m2, offers a unique combination of space, comfort and style.
The booth has plenty of light, with a large number of windows, a spacious living room with a fireplace and another light overlooking the terrace, where you can enjoy the quietness of everyday life. The kitchen is a perfect place to have a comfortable dinner not only with your homeland, but also to receive guests on Christmas Eve. The first one also includes the children’s room and the guest’s room,
spacious wardrobe, room and bathrooms. An office with an exit to a spa area with a massage room, which is located near the spa complex on the ground floor.
On another version, the decorated bedrooms:
– the household master bedroom, with its unusual bathroom, which has a hammam.
– 3 children's rooms with their own dressing rooms and bathrooms.
On the new floor, a SPA zone was being expanded into the distance: a hammam, a sauna, a swimming pool and a virtual lounge area in a similar style. Also, on the ground floor there are: a laundry room, a room for staff, technical spaces and utility rooms.
