Borschahivka or Limes? You won't have to choose anymore, because Sofiivska Borshchagivka has its own Sofiivski Lypky. Some consider them a continuation of the project of the same name in Pechersk district, but is it really so? We suggest finding out together. In order to get to the truth, our presenter Anna Zakutska met with the manager of the sales department Roman and asked him a number of questions, convenient and not so:
- who is the developer and what other projects does he implement;
- does the residential complex meet the standards of the comfort plus class;
- when will the problems with the road from Borshchahivka to Kyiv be solved;
- what are the terms of construction of the residential complex "Sofiivski Lypky" and how the war affected them;
- why there are no baskets for air conditioners;
- which system of access to the territory of the residential complex operates;
- how much are parking spaces;
- in what condition is the external and internal infrastructure;
- what are the tariffs for servicing the territory;
- how much are the objects in the residential complex;
- whether there are shelters, storerooms, commercial facilities and other amenities in the complex;
- what is the social contribution of the residential complex "Sofiivski Lypky".
