Are realtors evil?
TO: My team and I do not use the word "realtor". We use the word "real estate expert".
M: What is the difference between an expert and a realtor? And how does it happen?
To: There are two things they want from us. At least an honest approach and expert opinion from us.

A realtor in our country is not associated with anything good. The role of a realtor is still not established in Ukrainian legislation. The expert is distinguished by the fact that he knows the luxury real estate market and is ready to show it to the client. Honestly and without hiding anything. When a realtor praises one object, and then goes to another and uses the same epithets, it is cunning.
TO: It is necessary to make the choice obvious. We do offices, dress code, staff training. Training and team building is our second cost item after marketing. We spend more than a million hryvnias a year on this.
M: I just think it's such a work for scumbags. Well, the guy doesn't have a job - he went to realtors.
TO: Yes, there are no bets in our profession. This has a certain plus and a certain minus. It is somewhat motivating. We asked our people questions. They say that when there is no stake, it motivates. I have experts who have been working like this for seven years. Who deceives whom more often: the client's realtor or the realtor's client?
М: What in your world is cheating?
TO: Fraud is when, let's say, two real estate experts (one with the buyer, one with the seller) come to the apartment. Showed And when the one who was with the buyer goes to the apartment and takes the number of this seller without a second realtor. Such agreements are prohibited.

And now the people who were sitting at home, they will come out and be very surprised by what is happening in the market.
