International Property Awards — one of the most prestigious awards in the world of real estate, which annually identifies the best companies and projects in Europe, Asia, America, Africa and the Middle East. This year, the jury, which includes leading industry experts, recognized T.H.E. Capital as a company that demonstrates an impeccable reputation, advanced technologies and an exceptional level of service. Thus, our agency became the first company in the history of Ukraine to win this award in the nomination "Best International Real Estate Agencies".
And this is not our first award in the real estate sector! In 2022, we have already become winners of the International Property Awards in two nominations - Real Estate Single Office and Real Estate Agency 5 - 20 office's, gaining the status of the best real estate agency in Ukraine. But now we have reached a new level, becoming the best in the world!
