The “9 ELEMENTS” project is a large cottage community of 98 plots with autonomous infrastructure and a closed territory that is protected. The forgetter offers a choice of 5 options for planning different surface areas and surfaces. The current architecture of the budinki is represented by a combined façade in dark colors, panoramic windows with a black profile and straight, laconic lines.
The name of the complex has 9 fundamental principles that guide this project: green and ecological location, water infrastructure, well-thought-out territory for repairs, environmental friendliness of materials design, author's architecture with functional plans, smart technologies with booth control, privacy and security, harmony, high level of life.
Infrastructure
KM "9 ELEMENTS" was developed near the Kiev region, the village of Lisniki in the Kiev-Svyatoshinsky district. The road to the metro stationTeremki", "Vidubichi" or "Іpodrom" borrow 20 hvilins per car.
The internal infrastructure of the town includes green areas in addition to a fertilized lake, a waterfall and a fountain. For sports, there is a workout area with exercise machines and tables for table tennis. There will also be three swimming pools on the ground area. For children, install daily gaming platforms.
To provide care for families with small children, the developer will open an innovative kindergarten and primary school for 200 children. For 4 hours, go from KM to a dark-illuminated school.
